Terms & Conditions for Habitia

Welcome to Habitia (“the App”), developed by Black Apps Tech (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

  • Habitia is provided for personal use only to help track daily habits and goals.

  • You agree not to misuse the App in any way, including attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute it without permission.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your device, internet connection, and any updates needed to use the App effectively.

2. User Data

  • By default, all habit data is stored only on your device.

  • If you choose to log in with Google (a premium feature), your habits may also be stored securely in Firebase Cloud to enable backup and sync across devices.

  • You may delete your local or cloud data at any time through the App settings.

  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by uninstalling the App, resetting your device, or manually deleting App storage.

3. Premium Features & Subscriptions

  • Habitia offers optional premium features, including Google login and cloud backup.

  • Premium features may require an active subscription, managed through Google Play Billing.

  • We do not process or store payment details directly.

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your Google Play account settings.

  • No refunds are provided except as required by Google Play policies or applicable law.

4. Third-Party Services

Habitia uses trusted third-party services, including:

  • Firebase Authentication (for optional Google login)

  • Firebase Cloud (for cloud backup & sync – premium feature)

  • Firebase Crashlytics (for crash reporting and performance monitoring)

In the future, we may use AdMob or other services for advertising. If so, their terms will also apply.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, features, and design of Habitia are the property of Black Apps Tech.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the App or its content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Habitia is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not responsible for damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

  • The App is designed to support habit tracking and self-improvement but does not guarantee results.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of its services, at any time without prior notice.

  • If you violate these Terms, your right to use the App may be terminated immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective once published on this page.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.
