Black Apps Tech (“we,” “our,” or “us”) built the Habitia app. We are committed to providing you with a simple and effective tool to build better habits and improve your daily routine.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and what practices apply while you use the app. By using Habitia, you agree to the terms described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we may access basic information from your Google account (such as your email address, display name, and profile picture) through Firebase Authentication. This information is used only to enable login and sync your data across devices.

  • Habit Data: Your habits, streaks, and progress may be securely stored in Firebase Cloud to provide backup and multi-device sync.

  • Crash & Performance Data: We may collect app diagnostics (such as crash logs and performance reports) through Firebase to improve app stability.

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties.

2. Use of Information

  • To enable account login and secure cloud backup of your habits.

  • To allow syncing habits across multiple devices.

  • To analyze crash logs and improve performance.

  • To process subscriptions (via Google Play Billing – we do not handle or store payment information directly).

3. Data Storage & Security

  • Your habit data is stored both locally on your device and securely in Firebase Cloud, tied to your Google account.

  • We rely on Google Firebase’s security infrastructure to protect stored data.

  • While no method of storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

4. User Rights

  • You can delete your local habits directly from the app.

  • You can delete cloud-stored data at any time within the app.

  • You may revoke app access or remove linked data via your Google Account settings.

  • If you uninstall the app, local data is removed from your device.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

  • Habitia may offer optional subscription features (such as premium themes or advanced tools).

  • Payments and subscription management are handled by Google Play Billing. We do not store or process payment details ourselves.

6. Children’s Privacy

  • The app is not specifically designed for children under 13.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  • If you believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us.

7. Third-Party Services

Habitia uses trusted third-party services:

  • Firebase Authentication (for Google login)

  • Firebase Cloud (for habit backup and sync)

  • Firebase Crashlytics (for crash reports)
